Catching up

If I don't start doing a better job of updating my blog 'they' are going to take it away from me! LOL!
I have been busy most of the summer crocheting, gardening, and a one week trip to visit our son Mark in Kentucky.
My crochet and knit meeting once a week has been a lot of fun. Sheila has become a very good friend. One that I thank God for. I know He had a hand in our meeting. How else can you explain her being able to "find" me on the internet ? She has entrusted me with the awesome job of making some items for her store. Some are to show how the yarn looks made up and others are for sale. I keep telling her to sell any she gets offers on, I can always make more. Right now I am working on a prayer shawl for her and then I will attempt a vest made with a very slippery yarn by Berroco. I think this one will be for sale. I need to take some pictures of the things I have made for her and post them. I WILL get around to it. The picture above is a montage of pictures I took at one of our meetings of the people present. Sheila is in the middle. We all revolve around her. We have between 20 & 25 members now, so all of them are not here. We usually have enough people now that we have to have two tables set up. We are a growing group and have a lot of fun.
I will post about our trip to Kentucky soon. Maybe even add some pictures.
